Lists of ledgers, parties, items, account groups, units, tax rates, godowns and item groups. Type to find; the search matches names and short codes.

Keys
- A-Z
- Find
- Enter
- Open
- F5
- New
- Alt+Delete×2
- Delete an unused record
- F8/Shift+F8
- Next or previous filter (parties, items, ledgers)
The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.
How to
Find a party
- Open Masters > D.
- Type part of the name or the short code.
- Press Enter.
Items without HSN
- Open Masters > I.
- Press F8 until No HSN is chosen.
Copy parties and items from another company
- Open Masters > C.
- Choose the company, Ledgers and Items.
- Press F2. Names already here are skipped.
