How to move Coming in 0.2 (November 2026)
- In BUSY: export your masters to Tally XML, or the account list and item list (with opening balances and stock) to Excel.
- In RoboBill: Masters > Import from other software. Pick Busy and the files, check the columns and the preview.
- Press F2 to import everything in one go, then read the match report.

Questions
Will my BUSY bill history come across?
Parties, items, opening balances and stock come across. Old bills are listed in the preview but not posted as vouchers, so keep your BUSY data for reference.
What if my BUSY export has different column names?
BUSY's Excel columns vary with the report, so the wizard matches columns by name and lets you fix any column on screen and save it as a template. The Tally XML export is the most reliable route.
Is the import free?
The preview is free on every plan. Paid plans import everything; on Free the full import is a one-time ₹499.
