Get started
Pick the setup that matches your shop. Most shops are running the same day.
One billing PC
Install RoboBill, choose “Single PC” on first start, create the admin PIN and your company. Done.
Main PC and counters
On the main PC choose “Main PC for counters”. On each counter install RoboBill, choose “Counter” and scan the QR code shown on the main PC.
Owner phone app
Install the Android app and sign in with the same email as your account.
Old data from FoxPro
Copy the old data folder and run the import as a rehearsal first. Check party balances and stock totals before the switch; our team can go through it with you on a video call.
Link a PC with a setup code
A setup code links a new PC to your account without signing in again on that PC.
- Sign in on this website and open My account.
- Click “Set up a new shop PC”. You get an 8-character code, valid for 30 minutes and usable once.
- Download and run the installer on the shop PC.
- On first start, choose how this PC is used and type the code in “Setup code from robobill.in”.
- Create the admin PIN. The PC links to your account by itself.
