Party and ledger form
Add or change a party or ledger. The short form asks only what billing needs; F8 shows the rest. Opened from a bill with Alt+N, it fills the bill when saved.
This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.
Keys
- Enter
- Next field; on the last one it saves
- F2
- Save
- F8
- More fields / fewer fields
- Alt+O
- Documents and attachments (after the first save)
The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.
How to
Add a customer
- Masters > D, then F5.
- Type the name. The short code is suggested from it.
- Add the GSTIN and phone; a valid GSTIN fills the state.
- Press F2.
Set a credit limit
- Open the party.
- Type the Credit limit.
- Press F2.
