Reprint, cancel or change a saved bill

A saved bill opens read-only. Reprint it, cancel it from the bill list, or change it with Alt+A. The shop's amendment rules decide whether a change or a cancel happens at once or goes to the owner for approval.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

How to

Reprint

  1. Open the bill from Recent bills or the bill list.
  2. Press Ctrl+P.

Change a bill

  1. Open the bill and press Alt+A.
  2. Make the change.
  3. Press F2. If it needs approval, pick or type a reason and press Enter to send it.

Cancel a bill

  1. Press F4 for the bill list and move to the bill.
  2. Press Alt+X.
  3. Type the reason and press Enter.
  4. If the cancel needs the owner's approval, the bar says so: press Enter again to send the request.
