Amendment rules

What happens when someone changes a saved bill, per bill type: no changes, change freely, free for some minutes or until day close, owner's approval needed, or only cancel and make a new bill. Drafts always change freely.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

How to

Let billers fix mistakes for 15 minutes

  1. Open Utilities > Billing settings > Amendment rules.
  2. For Tax invoice choose Free for some minutes or until day close.
  3. Type 15 in minutes and press F2.

Every change needs the owner

  1. Choose Owner's approval needed for the bill type.
  2. Press F2.
