Approving bill changes

Changes and cancels of saved bills that wait for your OK, with the bill before and after. Approve or reject each one. The owner can also decide from the RoboBill Owner phone app when the shop is linked to the cloud.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.

How to

Approve a change

  1. Open Approvals (sidebar, or Vouchers > B).
  2. Read the before and after.
  3. Press A.

Reject a change

  1. Type why in the note to the biller.
  2. Press Enter or R. The biller sees your note in My requests.

See every change this month

  1. Press the button Amendments and cancellations.
  2. Set the dates and press Enter.
