Billing switches and charges

Shop-wide bill rules: books locked until a date, which PIN leaves Biller mode, whether billers may add items, selling below zero stock, the highest line discount, payment modes, and charges under the bill like freight or hamali.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

How to

Lock last month's bills

  1. Open Utilities > Billing settings > Billing switches.
  2. Type the date in Books locked until.
  3. Press F2.

Add freight under bills

  1. Open Billing settings > Charges and press F5.
  2. Name it, choose Adds to the bill and the ledger.
  3. Tick the bill types and press F2. On a bill, Alt+C adds it.
