Bill list and open orders
Every bill and voucher with filters for type, dates and status, and chips for today, this month, unpaid, drafts and held bills. Open orders shows sale and purchase orders still pending.
This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.
Keys
- Enter
- Open the bill
- F8/Shift+F8
- Next or previous chip
- F5
- New
- Alt+D
- Copy to a new draft
- Alt+C
- Convert (estimate to invoice, order to challan...)
- Alt+X
- Cancel with a reason
- Ctrl+P
- Reprint
The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.
How to
Find today's unpaid bills
- Press F4.
- Press F8 until Unpaid is chosen.
- Narrow the dates if needed.
Turn an estimate into a tax invoice
- Move to the estimate.
- Press Alt+C, choose Tax invoice and press Enter.
- Check the new draft and save it.
Bill what is pending on an order
- Open Vouchers > Open orders.
- Move to the order and press Alt+C.
- Pick the bill type and press Enter.
