Starting RoboBill on a new PC

The setup wizard asks how this PC is used: the only PC, the main PC with counters, or a counter of the main PC. Then create the administrator, make or open a company, or try the sample shop.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

How to

First start on the main PC

  1. Choose The only PC or Main PC with counters.
  2. Type the setup code from robobill.in if you have one, and press F2.
  3. Create the administrator with a 4 to 8 digit PIN.
  4. Press F5 to make your company, then pick your business.

Set up a counter

  1. Choose A counter of the main PC.
  2. Paste the link from the main PC's LAN panel (Utilities > N).
  3. Press F2.
