Import masters from Excel

Load parties and items from an Excel sheet made from RoboBill's template. Free on every plan.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

Choose the file
F2
Import when every row passes

The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.

How to

Import parties and items

  1. Open Masters > X and press Download the Excel template.
  2. Fill the Ledgers and Items sheets; delete the example row.
  3. Choose the file. It is checked at once.
  4. When all rows pass, press F2.
