Biller mode

A full-screen bill for the counter. Billers only make bills, see today's bills, close the day and follow their requests. Cost and profit stay hidden, and leaving needs a PIN.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.

How to

A three-line cash bill in 7 keys

  1. Item code, Enter, quantity, Enter.
  2. Second item code, Enter, quantity, Enter.
  3. Third item code, Enter, quantity, then F2.
  4. Enter takes the exact cash and the next bill is ready.

Leave Biller mode

  1. Press Ctrl+B.
  2. Type your PIN (or an administrator's, if the shop asks for it) and press Enter.
