- Open a report
- Enter
- Drill down: ledger, item or bill
- Shift+Enter
- Back to the filters
- Ctrl+P
- Alt+E/Alt+V

The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.
How to
A party's ledger
- Open Reports and choose the ledger statement.
- Choose the party and press Enter.
- Enter on a line opens the bill.
Send a report to the CA
- Open the report and set the dates.
- Press Alt+E to save it as Excel.
