Classic menu and finding screens

The lettered menu from older billing programs. Every screen of RoboBill is in it. Ctrl+K finds any screen by name or number without the menu.

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

Open the classic menu from anywhere
A-Z
Open that item (M Masters, V Vouchers, R Reports, U Utilities...)
↑↓Enter
Move and open
Esc
Back to the menu before, or Home
Ctrl+K
Find a screen, report, bill, party, item or help topic
F7
Dashboard

The keys shown are the default keys; Utilities > Keys in RoboBill can change them.

How to

Open the Users screen

  1. Press Alt+M.
  2. Press U for Utilities.
  3. Press U for Users.

Find a screen by name

  1. Press Ctrl+K.
  2. Type part of the name, for example backup.
  3. Press Enter on it.

In RoboBill, press F1 on any screen to see its guide.
