Bill formats and templates

How bills print: A4 and A5 PDF designs, dot-matrix and thermal formats, 15 ready templates, and the bill details printed on every bill (address, phone, UPI id for the QR, bank, terms).

This guide is for RoboBill 0.2, coming November 2026. Today's release is 0.1.1.

How to

Use a ready template

  1. Open Utilities > M.
  2. Pick a bill under Voucher and move through the templates.
  3. Press Enter on one, rename it and press F2.

Print a UPI QR on bills

  1. Open Utilities > A.
  2. Type the UPI id, like shop@okicici.
  3. Press F2.
